Shipping policy

At Soul of Nol, each piece of jewellery is thoughtfully handmade or made to order. Because of this, all orders require a short processing period before they are shipped.


Processing Time

All orders are processed before they are dispatched.

* Made-to-order items: 3–7 business days processing time

* Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays

During busy periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended. We will always do our best to keep you informed.

 

Shipping Within Australia

We currently offer standard and express shipping within Australia.

* Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days after dispatch

* Express Shipping (if selected): 1–4 business days after dispatch

All orders include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

 

 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

* International Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.


Please note:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

 

 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly advertised on our website.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Made-to-Order Jewellery

Many Soul of Nol pieces are handmade specifically for you.

Please note:

* Production begins after your order is placed

* Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece

* These variations are intentional and make each item unique

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Soul of Nol is not responsible for:

* Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

* Delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the postal carrier.

If your parcel is delayed or missing:
