What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is crafted using high-quality materials including:
* 14k gold-filled (coming soon)
* Sterling silver

What does gold-filled mean?
Gold-filled jewellery contains a thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal using heat and pressure.
It is designed to be much more durable and long-lasting than standard gold plating when properly cared for.
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Yes — sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time due to exposure to air, moisture, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals.
Tarnishing is completely normal and can be easily cleaned with a polishing cloth or silver cleaner.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
We recommend removing your jewellery before:
* Showering
* Swimming
* Exercising
* Applying perfumes or lotions
Proper care will help extend the life and finish of your jewellery. However, our jewellery has been tried and tested for over a year now with daily wear. We have only removed before swimming in a chlorine pool, and have experienced zero tarnishing.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Soul of Nol pieces are handmade - we cut the sheet metal, hand stamp, drill, polish and piece together in our Melbourne studio.
Because of this, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
How long does my order take to ship?
Processing Time
* Made-to-order pieces: 3–5 business days
Shipping Time
Australia:
* Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (after processing)
* Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (after processing)
International:
* 7–21 business days depending on location (after processing)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to selected countries worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Can I return my order?
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for:
* Change of mind
* Incorrect size selection
* Personal preference
However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to assist with changes or cancellations.

How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
* Store in a dry place
* Avoid water, perfumes, and chemicals
* Remove before sleeping or exercising
* Clean gently using a soft polishing cloth
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in stamping, texture, and finish may occur.
These small differences are part of what makes every Soul of Nol piece unique.
Do you offer custom designs?
Custom requests may be available depending on capacity and design requirements.
